In order to obtain the approval in firefighting practices, it is essential the structural fire engineering report depending on the fire load. In this perspective, load-bearing elements in reinforced concrete (R/C), pre-stressed concrete, steel, masonry and wood must maintain their mechanical resistance during fire (R), while the partition walls must guarantee the seal of the fumes and thermal insulation (EI).
